水浴除尘属于洗涤除尘的一种。对于尘粒直径ds=2.0μm的微粒粉尘,其除尘效率η_(x)=96.1—98％;对于ds=1μm的超微粒粉尘,也有高达96％的除尘效率。日本《公害防治技术和法则——一大气篇》介绍的各种除尘装置的分级除尘效率曲线如图1:
Water bath dust is a kind of scrubbing dust. For dust particles with a dust particle diameter ds = 2.0 μm, the dust removal efficiency η_(x) = 96.1 - 98%; for ultrafine particle dust with ds = 1 μm, there are also dust removal efficiencies up to 96%. The grading dust removal efficiency curve of various dust removal devices introduced in Japan’s “Pollution Prevention Technology and Rules - An Atmosphere” is shown in Figure 1:
