Objective To observe the effects of drugs such as heparin, lidocaine, aspirin and cigarette on the healing process and process of vascular anastomotic endothelium. Methods Male Wistar rats, 2 32, according to the time of each group to cut the anastomotic vascular wall as a specimen, with a scanning electron microscope. Results Heparin, lidocaine and aspirin could inhibit the platelet adhesion and aggregation at the pinhole. Promoting the fibrin coverage also promoted the early migration of vascular endothelial cells to the anastomosis. Passive smoking rat vascular platelets at the anastomotic vascular aggregation, prolonged, and delay the coverage of fibrin in the anastomosis, inhibition of endothelial cell growth. Conclusion Heparin, lidocaine and aspirin can promote the healing of vascular endothelial cells. Smoking inhibits the growth of vascular endothelial cells. To provide evidence for clinical vascular crisis and prevention and treatment of thrombosis
