目的:建立生活饮用水中双酚A的液相色谱-串联质谱鉴定方法,为《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)的修订提供参考。方法:离心后的水样,以甲醇/水为流动相,经C18液相色谱柱分离后,用液相色谱-串联质谱仪外标法测定双酚A。结果:双酚A最低定量浓度为0.002 mg/L,3个浓度水平的回收率为90%~110%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5%。结论:本方法无需进行样品富集、最低定量浓度满足生活饮用水卫生标准对双酚A的要求。
Objective: To establish a liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of bisphenol A in drinking water and provide a reference for the revision of “Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water” (GB / T 5750-2006). Methods: The water sample after centrifugation was separated by C18 liquid chromatography with methanol / water as mobile phase, and bisphenol A was determined by external standard method of liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry. Results: The lowest concentration of bisphenol A was 0.002 mg / L, the recovery of three concentration levels was 90% ~ 110%, and the relative standard deviation (n = 6) was less than 5%. Conclusion: This method does not require sample enrichment, the minimum quantitative concentration of drinking water to meet the health standards of bisphenol A requirements.
