针对露天转地下过程中境界下矿体上向进路充填方案,采用数值分析方法,开展地下开采方案对露天边坡稳定性影响研究,完成了离散元大变形数值模拟、有限元静力、爆破动载荷下边坡稳定性计算。计算结果显示垂直矿体走向布置,采高4m采宽4 m的进路式回采,采用隔一采一的回采顺序,C20素混凝土及时充填进路的开采方案,当露天边坡的安全系数为1.50时,在距离边坡最近的采场进行生产作业,塑性区尚未贯通,未产生贯通的滑移带。在爆破动载荷下,距边坡最近点坡脚处产生的震动速度为3.2 cm/s,小于边坡安全允许规程。离散元计算结果显示,境界下矿体回收后边坡安全系数虽下降到1.453,但边坡仍属于一级边坡。截至2011年5月,境界下矿体回收充填完毕,边坡工程稳定性良好,未出现滑坡、坍塌、下沉等工程灾害。
