利用熔体流动速率仪和旋转流变仪,研究氧化钙、氢氧化钙和碳酸钙3种钙类无机粉体填充聚乙烯复合材料的熔体指数、Payne效应、似固体行为及蠕变行为。实验结果表明:3种钙类无机粉体填充体系均具有较好的加工性能,其中碳酸钙填充体系最好,氧化钙次之,氢氧化钙第三。
The melt index, Payne effect, solid-like behavior and creep behavior of polyethylene composites filled with three kinds of calcium inorganic powders, such as calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate, were investigated by melt flow rate and rotational rheometer. The experimental results show that all the three kinds of calcium inorganic filler systems have better processing performance, of which calcium carbonate filling system is the best, calcium oxide second, calcium hydroxide third.
