炮震性耳聋目前尚无良好治疗方法,采取积极有效的预防措施,可减少伤残率。作者以往曾对高炮打靶进行现场调查,发现一次打靶后,某高炮营炮震性耳聋发生率达7%。1972年高炮某师在一次打靶训练中,由于未戴耳塞,致一些战士发生鼓膜破裂、耳聋等。1973年起,由于部队领导的重视,全师普遍配戴耳塞,效果较好。1974年11月,作者随部队到靶场进行现场调查,观察耳塞的隔声效果,结果如下:
