事故分析法则告诉我们:任何事故的发生,都是因为物的不安全状态,人的不安全行为和管理不善造成的,吊装事故亦不例外。物的不安全状态此处所指的物,是指客观现象,主要包括施工场地、自然现象、起重机、被吊物本以及吊索具(连接件)等与吊装相关的所有物件。物的主要不安全状态见表1。表1中,施工现场的状况安全与否是关乎到能否完成一次大型吊装的关键之一。特别是对场地的要求,从掌握隐蔽工程资料,到地基处理方案,再到处理过程的监督、验收,都应该非常严谨、认真。有些地质条件差的现场,
