设置高油×高油、中油×高油和中油×低油3种组合,对各组合F1、F2代单株油分含量进行分析测定,研究了大豆不同亲本组合对早世代群体油分含量的影响。结果表明:大豆杂交组合亲本油分含量对F1、F2代单株、群体油分含量和F2代群体油分含量数量特征及含量频率分布均有显著影响,亲本油分含量与F2代群体油分含量呈显著相关。不同油分含量的大豆杂交亲本组合类型对F2代单株及群体油分含量有显著的影响。
Oil combinations of high oil × high oil, medium oil × high oil and medium oil × low oil were set up to analyze the oil content in F1 and F2 generations of each combination. The effects of different parental combinations of soybean on the oil content in early generation were studied. The results showed that the oil content of the soybean crosses had a significant effect on the oil content of single plant population and population, the quantitative characteristics of oil content of F2 population and the frequency distribution of F2 population. The parent oil content was significantly correlated with the F2 population oil content. The combinations of soybean parents with different oil content had a significant effect on the oil content of single plant and population F2.
