随着全球食用菌产量的日益增长,食用菌栽培技术也在逐步提升,菌糠也因此受到了广泛关注。本文综述了菌糠的营养价值和综合利用情况,以了解食用菌及其菌糠的综合价值,为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
With the increasing global edible fungus production, edible fungus cultivation technology is also gradually improved, fungus bran has therefore been widely concerned. This review summarizes the nutritional value and comprehensive utilization of fungus bran in order to understand the comprehensive value of mushroom and its fungus bran and provide a theoretical basis for its further development and utilization.
