目的探讨细胞间黏附分子 -1 (Intercellular adhesion molecule-1, ICAM-1) 基因 K469E 多态性与冠心病的关联性。方法全面检索中英文数据库关于 K469E 多态性与冠心病遗传易感性关系的病例对照研究,采用 Meta 分析方法合并 K469E 与冠心病关联的 OR 值,结合 95% CI 作为每个研究结果的研究效应测定指标。结果共纳入文献 13 篇。对于东亚人群,共纳入病例 1 181 例,对照 1 347 例,基因型(KK+KE)/EE 合并 OR=1.99 (95% CI: 1.32-3.00,P<0.05) ;对于高加索人群,共纳入病例 1 480 例,对照 1 182 例,基因型 (KK+KE)/EE 合并 OR=1.20 (95% CI: 0.56-2.59,P>0.05)。结论 K469E 是东亚人冠心病的遗传危险因素,而与高加索人冠心病的发生无关联。
Objective To investigate the association between Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) gene K469E polymorphism and coronary heart disease. Methods A case-control study on the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of K469E and susceptibility to coronary heart disease was conducted in Chinese and English databases. The OR of K469E and coronary heart disease was analyzed by Meta-analysis. The 95% CI was used as the study effect of each study index. Results included a total of 13 articles. For the East Asian population, there were 1,181 cases and 1 347 cases of controls. The genotype (KK + KE) / EE was 1.99 (95% CI: 1.32-3.00, P <0.05). For the Caucasian population, 1 480 cases and 1 182 cases of control. The genotype (KK + KE) / EE combined OR = 1.20 (95% CI: 0.56-2.59, P> 0.05). Conclusion K469E is a genetic risk factor for coronary heart disease in East Asia, but not associated with the occurrence of coronary heart disease in Caucasians.
