本文以探讨工程造价超预算的主要成因为出发点,对我国工程造价预算管理中存在的问题进行了讨论,分别从做好对工程造价的预算编制工作、完善工程造价预算的动态管理机制、开展工程项目预算的阶段化管理工作、提升预算管理队伍的专业素质这四个方面,对工程造价预算管理的要点控制进行了重点研究,并总结了开展工程造价预算管理的重要意义,以完成对工程造价预算管理要点的控制研究。
