针对钢筋绝缘问题给板式无砟轨道带来的困扰,提出了采用先张法生产预应力轨道板的方法,通过张拉使钢筋之间保持一定的间距,利用混凝土良好的绝缘性能,在不增加其他绝缘措施的条件下,解决轨道板内的钢筋对轨道电路的影响,同时避免了增加涂层钢筋或绝缘卡对轨道板耐久性产生的不利影响,也降低了轨道板的生产成本。在理论分析和室内试验的基础上,铺设试验段进行现场测试,并经过运营考验,验证了先张法轨道板解决钢筋绝缘问题的优越性。
Aiming at the troubles brought by the problem of reinforced insulation to slab ballastless track, a method of prestressing slab track by pretensioning method is put forward. Through the tensioning, the spacing between rebars is maintained. By using the good insulating property of concrete, Under the condition of other insulation measures, the influence of the reinforcing bar in the track plate on the track circuit is solved, meanwhile the unfavorable influence of the coated steel bar or the insulation card on the durability of the track plate is avoided and the production cost of the track plate is also reduced. On the basis of theoretical analysis and laboratory tests, the test section was laid for on-site testing and the operation test was conducted to verify the superiority of the pre-tensioned track plate to solve the problem of reinforced insulation.
