Objective To explore the relationship between the safety of petroleum field workers, social support and work-family conflict. Methods A total of 507 oil workers from a petroleum company’s underground engineering company were investigated using the Scale of Security, Social Support Rating Scale and Work-Family Conflict Scale. Results There was a significant negative correlation between the dimensions of security and work-family conflicts, and the social support dimensions. There was a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of social security and social security (12.7%) and social support (11.9%). ; Social support is a mediator of family conflict in the sense of safety predictions (β = -0.148, P <0.001). Conclusion Interpersonal security affects working-family conflict (β = -0.023, P> 0.05) through social intermediary support agency. It is determined that the sense of control affects working-family conflict (β = -0.313, P <0.001) through the intermediary of social support.
