公共管理本科生创新实践能力不足,需要通过大学生创新项目与教师科研课题相结合的方式来提高本科生创新实践能力。为确保其效果,需要通过过程管理的方式,即在选题、研究过程和结题三个阶段进行紧密结合,并运用大连理工大学本科生创新项目实施为例进行分析。发现在选题、研究过程和结题三个阶段的紧密结合有助于实现教师科研课题的开展与学生创新能力培养的双赢局面。
The insufficiency of innovative management ability of undergraduates in public administration needs to improve the ability of undergraduates to innovate and practice through the combination of innovative project of university students and teachers’ research projects. In order to ensure its effectiveness, it is necessary to adopt the process of management, that is, the three stages of the topic selection, the research process and the conclusion of the close combination, and the implementation of an undergraduate innovation project of Dalian University of Technology as an example for analysis. It is found that the close combination of the three stages of the selected topic, the research process and the conclusion helps to achieve a win-win situation for the development of teachers ’scientific research topics and students’ creative ability.
