目的观测犬心右心室的主要结构,为家犬心脏研究及比较解剖学积累资料。方法1.44 mol·L~(-1)甲醛溶液固定45例犬心,解剖观测其右心室主要结构。结果犬心右心室流人道主要结构有三尖瓣瓣环、瓣尖、腱索和乳头肌。三尖瓣瓣环周径为(71.03±14.20)mm;前尖、后尖、隔侧尖的高度分别为(10.46±2.30)、(9.48±2.81)和(11.87±4.06)mm,宽度分别为(21.98±6.12)、(23.33±6.91)和(22.82±4.33)mm;腱索较细小;前、后、膈侧群乳头肌中乳头肌条数分别为(1.24±0.53)、(3.33±1.00)和(5.07±1.28)条。右心室流出道主要结构有肺动脉环、肺动脉瓣等。肺动脉瓣环周径为(35.97±8.17)mm;肺动脉的前瓣、左瓣、右瓣的高度分别为(6.14±2.07)、(6.72±1.60)和(6.69±1.61)mm,宽度分别为(11.91±2.70)、(10.19±2.26)和(10.46±2.15)mm。犬心右心室假腱索出现率为100%,平均为(4.61±2.78)条;未见明显隔缘肉柱。结论犬心右心室主要结构与人类相似但较小,在假腱索的出现率及数目上有一定差异。
Objective To observe the main structure of right ventricle in dogs and to provide data for heart study and comparative anatomy of dogs. Methods Forty-eight dogs were fixed in 1.44 mol·L -1 formaldehyde solution and the main structure of right ventricle was observed. Results Dog heart right ventricular flow of the main structure of the tricuspid valve ring, valve tip, chordae and papillary muscle. The tricuspid valve annulus was (71.03 ± 14.20) mm in circumference. The anterior, posterior, and septal points were (10.46 ± 2.30), (9.48 ± 2.81) and (11.87 ± 4.06) mm in width, (21.98 ± 6.12), (23.33 ± 6.91) and (22.82 ± 4.33) mm, respectively. The chordae tendons were smaller and the numbers of papillary muscles in the septum group were (1.24 ± 0.53) and (3.33 ± 1.00) ) And (5.07 ± 1.28). Right ventricular outflow tract main structure of the pulmonary artery ring, pulmonary valve. The diameter of the pulmonary valve annulus was (35.97 ± 8.17) mm. The anterior, left and right lobe of the pulmonary artery were (6.14 ± 2.07), (6.72 ± 1.60) and (6.69 ± 1.61) mm in width and 11.91 ± 2.70), (10.19 ± 2.26) and (10.46 ± 2.15) mm respectively. Right heart ventricle false chordae occurred rate of 100%, an average of (4.61 ± 2.78); no significant septal pectoral column. Conclusion The main structure of right heart ventricle in dogs is similar to that in humans, but smaller in the incidence and number of false tendons.
