随着我国高效公共外语教育的发展,行动研究已经成为我国外语教师的新宠。特别近年来我国高校不断扩招,新进的青年英语教师也越来越多,行动研究的应用有利于这批青年英语教师的迅速成长。行动研究要求教师要将研究与行动相互结合,在教学之后进行适当的反思,在反思与总结中获得新的进步。本文首先介绍了行动研究的基本概要,其次介绍了行动研究的具体应用过程,最后是应用中应该注意的几个问题。
With the development of efficient public foreign language education in our country, action research has become the new favorite of foreign language teachers in our country. In recent years, colleges and universities in our country have been enlarging their enrollment and more and more young English teachers are newly recruited. The application of action research is conducive to the rapid growth of these young English teachers. Action research requires teachers to combine research and action, conduct appropriate reflection after teaching, and make new progress in reflection and conclusion. This paper first introduces the basic outline of action research, followed by the introduction of the specific application of action research process, and finally the application should pay attention to several issues.
