长期以来,我国劳动力供大于求矛盾十分突出,妥善解决就业问题,实现社会就业更加充分已成为各级党委政府的头等大事。如何将这项关系国计民生的头等大事做好,笔者认为,从目前我国的国情和就业形势分析来看,倡导全民创业是解决就业再就业问题的有效措施,也是缓解就业压力的有效途径。倡导全民创业,实施积极的促进就业政策,政府的责任很关键。本文就发挥政府在促进全民创业工作中的责任提出几点思考。 For a long time, the contradiction between oversupply and oversupply of our labor force has been highlighted. Properly solving the employment problem and achieving more adequate social employment have become the top priorities for party committees and governments at all levels. How to make this the top priority in relation to the national economy and the people's livelihood, the author believes that from the current situation of China's national conditions and employment analysis, advocating universal entrepreneurship is an effective measure to solve the employment and reemployment problems, but also to alleviate the employment pressure effective way. To promote universal entrepreneurship and implement proactive employment promotion policies, the responsibility of the government is crucial. This article gives some thoughts on how to play the government's responsibility in promoting universal entrepreneurship.
