测定含锰铁矿中氧化亚铁时,使用常见的方法,不能得到可靠的结果。为此,很多人研究过高价锰矿物存在下测定氧化亚铁的方法。经我们实践证明,Babcan氏法,在一定的范围内尚能应用,但对于较难溶解的或含三氧化二锰较多的矿样,其测定结果均偏低。本文提出以盐酸羟胺、硫酸联胺为高价锰矿物的选择性溶剂,研究了溶解分离高价锰矿物的条件。实验证明,此溶剂能使高价锰矿物完全溶解,而含氧化亚铁的矿物不受影响,从而拟定了含锰铁矿中氧化亚铁的测定方法。
The determination of ferrous oxide in manganese-bearing iron ore using a common method does not give reliable results. For this reason, many people have studied the method of determining ferrous oxide in the presence of high-grade manganese minerals. Our practice has proved that, Babcan’s method can still be applied within a certain range, but for the more difficult to dissolve or containing more manganese oxide samples, the determination results are low. In this paper, the conditions for the dissolution and separation of high-value manganese minerals were studied with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and hydrazine sulfate as selective manganese salts. Experiments show that this solvent can make the high-manganese minerals completely dissolved, while the ferrous oxide-containing minerals are not affected, and thus the determination of ferrous oxide containing manganese determination method.
