上海第二机床厂根据生产发展的需要,在床身成型磨削获得初步经验的基础上。利用原有条件又自行设计与制造了一台拖板成型磨床,磨削拖板的下导轨面。该台机床完成之后,床身拖板二个零件的配合导轨面就全部能用磨削方法加工,达到一定程度上的互换性要求。拖板成型磨床的磨削方法与加工床身一样,采用成型砂轮周边磨削。现介绍该机床的砂轮主轴与修整器结构如图1。砂轮主轴轴承采用向心推力球轴承,主轴轴向精度由主轴前端向心推力球轴承15保证,如欲更换砂轮时,平砂轮可直接从主轴上卸下,而取下角度砂轮时须先卸下托架6,该托架与磨头体11连成一体。然后再取出砂轮,主轴可以不动。从整个主轴结构来说,装卸不太方便,主要因为它是由万能磨头改制的。
