最近几年,食品安全问题成为社会大众高度重视的问题,“染色馒头”、“瘦肉精”等事件给我国食品安全造成了不小的冲击。通过新闻报道常常可以看到食用含有瘦肉精的动物源性食品中毒事件发生。国家相关部委和部门采取多种措施,严厉打击这种违法犯罪行为。但是在经济利益的驱使下,很多不法分子铤而走险,违规违法使用瘦肉精。为了进一步提高社会大众的认识,更好防范瘦肉精危害,本文就“瘦肉精”的危害与监控对策进行了分析,希望对更好提高社会大众安全意识有一定帮助。
In recent years, the issue of food safety has become a problem that the public places on great importance. Incidents such as “dyeing bread” and “clenbuterol” have caused a great impact on food safety in our country. News reports often show the incidence of animal-derived food poisoning involving lean toe. Relevant ministries and departments of the state have taken various measures to crack down on such illegal and criminal activities. However, driven by economic interests, many unscrupulous elements took the risk and violated the law to use clenbuterol. In order to further raise awareness of the public and better prevent the harm of clenbuterol, this paper analyzes the harm and control measures of clenbuterol and hopes to help improve the safety awareness of the general public.
