在选定目标市场国家的前提下,采取何种投资进入方式,对于现阶段中国企业的跨国发展,无疑是一个特别现实的课题。在企业的跨国投资进入方式上,至少存在三个方面的选择:①生产经营系统的部分进入或全部进入;②跨国子企业形成上采用购并或新建;③子企业所有权安排上的合资经营或独资经营。任何采用直接投资进行跨国发展的企业都将面临这三个方面的决策。企业作出这几方面的决策,既要服从自身的战略目标、经营实力等内部条件,又要受到目标国家多种环境因素的制约。
Under the premise of selecting the target market countries, what kind of investment access method is adopted is undoubtedly a particularly realistic issue for the current international development of Chinese companies. There are at least three choices in the way companies enter transnational investments: 1 Some or all of the production and operation systems enter; 2 Multinational subsidiaries adopt mergers and acquisitions or new construction; 3 Subsidiary ownership arrangements for joint ventures or sole proprietorships Operating. Any enterprise that adopts direct investment for transnational development will face decision-making in these three areas. In making these decisions, enterprises must not only comply with their own internal conditions such as their strategic goals and operating strength, but also be constrained by various environmental factors in the target country.
