用多极板赝火花放电室产生的55keV纳秒强脉冲电子束与Ar+离子束及HIR-FL装置上加速的7MeV16O6+离子束辐照枸杞种子,测定种子萌发早期种胚细胞中的非按期DNA合成过程,比较3种不同处理方法的辐照效果。结果发现,3种处理种子中,虽然都有非按期DNA合成过程,但是,脉冲电子束及Ar+离子束辐照所造成的DNA损伤程度大于16O6+离子,产生这种现象的原因可能与辐照过程中所选用的束流强度有关。
