目的:鉴定野生东北刺人参茎挥发油成分并观察其抗皮肤癣菌活性。方法:按中国药典1995年版规定的方法提取挥发油,用GCMS和GCIR鉴定化学成分,采用试管内药基法进行抗皮肤癣菌试验。结果:从野生东北刺人参茎中提得31%的挥发油,鉴定了其中32种化合物,有25种为首次从该植物中鉴定。主要成分为α蒎烯(62%),辛醛(87%),6,6二甲基22亚甲基原蒎烷(61%)和5甲基己醛(59%)。野生东北刺人参茎挥发油对红色毛癣菌等7种皮肤癣菌抗菌活性MIC为0063%~0125%,MFC为0125%~025%。抗皮肤癣菌有效成分有里哪醇(24%)和对聚伞花素(18%)等。结论:野生东北刺人参茎挥发油含量较高,含有多种抗皮肤癣菌有效成分,其抑杀皮肤癣菌活性显著,可作为开发抗皮肤癣菌新药的研究依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the volatile oil constituents of the wild northeastern ginseng stem and observe its anti-dermatophyte activity. METHODS: Volatile oils were extracted according to the methods prescribed in the 1995 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Chemical components were identified by GC-MS and GC-IR, and anti-dermatophyte tests were performed using in-vitro drug-based methods. Results: 3 1% volatile oil was extracted from the stem of wild Northeastern ginseng and 32 compounds were identified. Twenty-five species were identified from this plant for the first time. The main components are α-pinene (62%), octanal (87%), 6,6dimethyl22methylene (21%) and 5-α. Hexyl hexyl (5.9%). The MIC of antibacterial activity of 7 kinds of dermatophytes, such as Trichophyton rubrum, was 0063%~0125%, and that of MFC was 0125%~025%. Anti-dermatophyte effective ingredients are linalool (2% 4%) and paracurium (1 8%). Conclusion: The wild northeast ginseng ginseng stem has higher volatile oil content and contains many effective components against dermatophytes. It has significant activity in inhibiting dermatophyte infection and can be used as a research basis for the development of new drugs against dermatophytes.
