目的 :探讨SF、β2 MG、LSA三者在恶性血液病中的诊断值。方法 :对我院 83例恶性血液病患者分别测定SF、β2 MG、LSA数值。结果 :①急淋患者中三者均增高。②急非淋中SF、LSA均增高 ,而 β2 MG表现不同。③慢粒中LSA、β2 MG显著增高 ,前二者在鉴定诊断上优于SF的测定。④慢淋中 β2 MG的测定在诊断上优于SF、LSA的测定。⑤MDS RA中三者均正常 ,在MDS RAEB、RAEB T中均显著增高。⑥淋巴瘤中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期均正常 ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期均增高。结论 :SF、β2 MG、LSA三者测定对恶性血液病的诊断、鉴别诊断、临床分期等有一定的临床意义
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of SF, β2 MG and LSA in hematologic malignancies. Methods: 83 patients with malignant hematological malignancy were measured SF, β2 MG, LSA values. Results: ① All patients with acute lymph node increased. ② acute non-lymph node SF, LSA were increased, while β2 MG performance is different. (3) The levels of LSA and β2 MG in CML were significantly higher than those in SF. The determination of β2 MG in chronic leaching is better than SF and LSA in diagnosis. ⑤MDS RA three were normal in the MDS RAEB, RAEB T were significantly higher. ⑥ lymphoma Ⅰ, Ⅱ were normal, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were increased. Conclusion: The determination of SF, β2 MG and LSA has some clinical significance in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and clinical stage of hematologic malignancies
