The application of an adaptive noise canceller to parameter estimation is restricted for its unsatisfactory performance in the condition of high SNR input. In this paper based on an adaptive noise canceller, is presented a parameter estAnating method, which shows ulce filtering function and good tracking ability with ullknown prior information of interference and motion model of the object. The presented estimator only needs that the interference lloise varies faster than the parameter to be estimated. The presented method as a beedng esthaator was used to process the data collected in a sea experiment and the results show exciting property.
