为研究不同质量分数包膜丁酸钠对匙吻鲟血清生化指标及游离氨基酸含量的影响,选取225尾初始体质量(48.87±3.13)g匙吻鲟为研究对象,在匙吻鲟基础饲料中分别添加0(对照组)、0.10%、0.25%、0.50%和0.75%包膜丁酸钠,配制5种等氮等能试验饲料,试验在水库网箱中进行,每网箱饲喂15尾,每处理组3个重复,以鱼体质量3.00%~5.00%的投喂量日投喂3次,试验期70 d。试验结果表明:在饲粮中添加包膜丁酸钠可显著提高匙吻鲟血清总蛋白、球蛋白、苏氨酸(Thr)、丙氨酸(Ala)、蛋氨酸(Met)和异亮氨酸(Ile)含量(P<0.05);与对照组相比,丁酸钠添加量为0.10%时,匙吻鲟血清总蛋白、球蛋白、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸和异亮氨酸含量显著升高,比对照组分别提高2.69%、2.69%、70.56%、39.41%和47.35%(P<0.05)。研究表明饲料中添加适量的包膜丁酸钠可显著提高匙吻鲟蛋白代谢相关血清生化指标及游离必需氨基酸含量,适宜添加量为0.10%。

Studies have shown that adding appropriate amount of coated sodium butyrate in feed can significantly improve serum biochemical parameters and free essential amino acid content of protein metabolism related to Key sturgeon, suitable dosage is 0.10%.
