目的探讨任务驱动教学在高职内科护理学教学中的应用及效果。方法以我校三年制高职护理专业2014级76名学生为研究对象,分为对照组(38人)和实验组(38人)。对照组采用讲授与病例讨论相结合的教学方法,实验组采用任务驱动教学。结果实验组学生期末考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),批判性思维能力测量表中有3个维度的得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论任务驱动教学应用于高职内科护理学教学中,可增强内科护理学的教学效果,有助于培养学生的批判性思维能力。
Objective To explore the application and effect of task-driven teaching in higher vocational nursing teaching. Methods A total of 76 students in 2014 grade of three-year vocational nursing specialty in our school were divided into control group (38 persons) and experimental group (38 persons). The control group used teaching methods combining teaching and case discussion, and the experimental group adopted task-driven teaching. Results The results of final examination in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Three dimensions of critical thinking ability test were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of task-driven teaching in medical nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges can enhance the teaching effect of medical nursing and help to train students’ critical thinking ability.
