新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州教育科学研究所语文教学研究室是一个具有少数民族地区中学语文教学研究文化特征的团队,研究室共有3名教研员,承担全州中学语文和少数民族学校汉语教学研究任务。在实践中教学研究室忠实履行研究、指导、服务语文教学的职责任务,创造性地开展工作,形成了自己独特的语文教学研究文化。伊犁是多民族聚集的地区,在掌握基本的语文素养和学习中华民族传统文化的总目标下,语文教研室一直主张不同教学思想的共存、交流与碰撞,在交流碰撞中产生新的教学思想,形成了海纳百川的学习文化;由于上千所学校广布于35万平方公里的片片绿洲,为了解决指导上的困难,语文教研室在各个县市和部分学校聘用40多名兼职教研员,形成牵一点动全局的语文教学研究管理文化;语文教学研究室把促进教师专业化成长,提高语文课程育人的质量作为教学研究的终极目标,将重点放到学校,形成了一切为了学校的教学研究服务文化。
The Institute of Chinese Language Teaching at the Institute of Educational Science, Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang is a team with the cultural characteristics of Chinese language teaching in middle schools in ethnic minorities. There are three teaching and research staff in the research room, who are responsible for the Chinese language teaching and research tasks in the middle schools and schools for ethnic minorities. Under the overall goal of mastering basic Chinese literacy and learning Chinese traditional culture, the Chinese language teaching and research section has always advocated the coexistence, exchange, and collision of different teaching ideas, resulting in new teaching ideas in the process of exchange collisions. In order to solve the difficulties in guidance, the Language Teaching and Research Section has hired more than 40 part-time teachers and researchers in various counties and some schools to form a learning culture. The Chinese language teaching and research management culture is in full swing; the Chinese Language Teaching Research Institute takes the promotion of teacher professional growth and the improvement of the quality of Chinese language curriculum education as the ultimate goal of teaching research. It places emphasis on schools and forms a teaching and research service culture for all schools. .
