目的:筛选金银花减压提取工艺条件。方法:以绿原酸的转移率为考察指标,采用正交试验法对加水量、真空度、时间、pH因素进行优选研究,并与温浸法、常压煎煮法进行比较。结果:金银花减压提取的最优工艺为加水量20倍(pH 5.0),真空度-0.070 mPa(温度75℃),提取2次,每次1 h。减压提取法优于温浸法和常压煎煮法。结论:该工艺稳定可行,对同性质的药材提取有一定的借鉴意义。
Objective: To screen the honeysuckle decompression extraction process conditions. Methods: Taking the transfer rate of chlorogenic acid as the index, orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the adding amount of water, the degree of vacuum, the time and pH, and compared with the method of warm immersion and atmospheric decoction. Results: The optimal extraction process of honeysuckle was 20 times of water (pH 5.0), vacuum of -0.070 mPa (temperature of 75 ℃) and extraction twice for 1 hour. Decompression extraction method is better than the temperature immersion method and atmospheric decoction method. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible, and has certain reference value for the extraction of the same kind of medicinal materials.
