《礼记·仲尼燕居》相对《孔子家语·论礼》多出的“子产犹众人之母”句系错简所致,其原始位置应该是《家语·正论解》的子游问孔子关于子产之事章,这说明古本《礼记》材料中也应该有此章之内容。郑玄所见已是今本的样子,说明此章从《礼记》材料中亡失远在郑玄之前,辨伪学者习惯指《家语》此篇系王肃袭今本《礼记》而来,明显是站不住脚的。
