老年人对炎热夏天应激能力较差,当气温超过35℃,相对湿度又较高时,老年人蒸发散热机制就会失衡,机体产生的热量不能及时散发,大量蓄积,就会导致高热中暑,重者可昏迷、痉挛,极易并发心衰、休克、脑卒中,病死率可高达80%以上。 预防中暑措施如下: (1)高温天气老年人尽量少外出,少曝晒,少去集体场合,如商店、影院、证券市场等。(2)室内要注意通风,室温控制在26℃-28℃为宜。(3)经常擦洗,保持皮肤清洁,以利于排汗、散热、降温。(4)保证喝一些适量的清凉饮料,如菊花茶、绿茶、 When the temperature is higher than 35 ℃ and the relative humidity is higher, the mechanism of evaporation and heat dissipation of the elderly will be unbalanced.
