讨论了Eu3 + ∶Y2 O3 纳米晶在低温下的发光性质 ,比较了不同颗粒尺寸的Y2 O3 纳米晶中Eu3 + 离子的发射光谱。根据不同温度下的激发谱 ,分析了处于Y2 O3 纳米晶中C2 和C3i两种格位的激发峰强度随温度的变化。选择激发了不同格位的孤立的Eu3 + 离子和处于相邻格位 (C3i-C2 )的Eu3 + 离子对。结果表明 ,相邻Eu3 + 离子对的能量传递速率比孤立的Eu离子之间的能量传递速率快。分析了纳米Eu3 + …Y2 O3 中猝灭浓度提高的原因
The emission properties of Eu3 +: Y2 O3 nanocrystals at low temperature are discussed. The emission spectra of Eu3 + ions in Y2 O3 nanocrystals with different grain sizes are compared. According to the excitation spectra at different temperatures, the intensity of the excitation peak at C2 and C3i lattice sites in Y2 O3 nanocrystals was analyzed as a function of temperature. The isolated Eu3 + ions excited at different sites and the Eu3 + ions at the adjacent sites (C3i-C2) were selected. The results show that the energy transfer rate of adjacent Eu3 + ion pairs is faster than the energy transfer rate between isolated Eu ions. The reason for the increase of quenching concentration in nano-Eu3 + ... Y2 O3 was analyzed
