工程机械液压系统的故障诊断目前主要有以下3种方法: ①经验法 凭多年积累的经验进行判断。 ②试验法 用工程测试车或液压系统测试仪进行测试,从而确定故障元件。 ③计算机法 利用液压系统故障诊断专家系统进行分析。 这些方法都有不足之处:仅靠经验法,需要有液压系统故障诊断的丰富经验,如缺乏经验,容易导致盲目;试验法需要昂贵的测试设备,而专家故障诊断系统需要使用计算机,这些条件现场都不具备。
