随着知识经济时代和学习化社会的到来,儿童的受教育状况与其健康成长变得休戚相关,受教育权也因此受到人们的关注。本文从受教育权的法学视角去研习义务教育阶段均衡发展的必要性,在我国义务教育发展非均衡现状的基础上,剖析了义务教育发展不均衡的法律缘由,进而从受教育法理角度提出对策,以期从受教育权视野下促进义务教育均衡公平健康发展。 With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and learning society, the education of children has become closely related to their healthy growth, and therefore the right to education has drawn the attention of people.
