1982年11月16—18日在英国伦敦召开了第二届国际近海焊接结构会议。会上就近海结构中管节点的设计制造、焊接工艺研究、质量控制及管节点的疲劳实验研究进行了交流。中国代表团参加了会议并参观了一些研究所、大学和海洋平台制造工地。本文就本届会议的中心议题之一,也是代表团在英国考察的重要方面之一的近海结构疲劳问题作简要介绍。 (一)近海结构中的关键问题之一——疲劳问题自1894年美国在加里福尼 November 1982 November 18-18 held in London, England, the second session of the International Conference on offshore welding.
