浙江省宁波市北仑区泰河学校结合“山水”理念,探索师资培养的有效路径。一是以学校的“山水文化”为核,通过建设学习型组织、规划师资队伍发展框架、完善教师专业成长奖励制度等,规划教师队伍建设新格局。二是以内修为本,通过活动联通、“跨校拜师”、教学展示周、“智慧课堂”等途径,拓展教师专业成长空间。三是以规范为基,构建保障教师专业成长的长效机制。
Taibei District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, the Thai River School “Landscape ” concept, explore the effective path of teacher training. First, the school “landscape culture ” as the core, through the construction of a learning organization, planning teachers development framework, improve teacher professional growth incentive system, planning a new pattern of building a contingent of teachers. The second is based on internal training, through the activities of China Unicom, “cross-school coach”, teaching show week, “wisdom class ” and other ways to expand teacher professional growth space. Third, based on the norms, build a long-term mechanism to ensure the professional growth of teachers.
