利用金相显微镜、万能拉伸试验机、冲击试验机研究了V含量对ZG28MnCrNiMo组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着钒含量的增加,珠光体含量增加并且使晶粒细化。在900℃淬火+580℃回火的热处理条件下,钒能有效地细化回火索氏体,改善显微组织。随着钒含量的增加,试验钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度明显提高,而伸长率和冲击功稍有下降。当钒加入量为0.10%时,试样的综合性能最好。
The effects of V content on microstructure and properties of ZG28MnCrNiMo were investigated by metallographic microscope, universal tensile tester and impact tester. The results show that with the increase of vanadium content, the content of pearlite increases and the grain refinement. In 900 ℃ quenching +580 ℃ tempering heat treatment conditions, vanadium can effectively refine the tempered sorbite, improve the microstructure. With the increase of vanadium content, the tensile strength and yield strength of the test steel increased obviously, while the elongation and impact energy decreased slightly. When the amount of vanadium added is 0.10%, the best overall performance of the sample.
