目的观察放射线对心脏的影响及复方丹参对心脏的保护作用。方法30例肺癌病人随机分为单纯放疗组和配合应用复方丹参组各15例,动态观察放疗前后及疗后3月、1年的心电图和心肌酶学变化。结果单放组治疗后心电图异常率明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且以缺血型ST-T改变为主,心肌酶学变化不明显。复方丹参组治后心电图异常发生率明显低于单放组(P<0.05)。结论放射线对心脏的损伤以微循环改变为主,复方丹参对心脏有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of radiation on the heart and the protective effect of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza on the heart. Methods Thirty patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into radiotherapy group (n = 15) and radix salviae miltiorrhizae group (n = 15) respectively. The changes of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzymes were observed before and after radiotherapy and 3 months and 1 year after operation. Results The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05), and the changes of ischemic ST-T were the main changes. The changes of myocardial enzymes were not obvious. The incidence of electrocardiogram abnormalities in the compound Salvia group was significantly lower than that in the radiotherapy group (P <0.05). Conclusion Radiation damage to the heart mainly changes microcirculation, compound Salvia root has a protective effect.
