目的建立埃博拉诊疗点含氯消毒液有效浓度维持方法,有效进行防控埃博拉消毒处理。方法通过现场监测方法,不断调试配制和保护措施,选择最佳维持有效氯浓度的方案。结果用国产漂白粉配制有效氯浓度为5 000 mg/L含氯消毒液,置于容器内直接暴露在阳光直晒下放置1 h后,其有效氯浓度即低于标准值。经采取漂粉精配制有效氯浓度5 000 mg/L的含氯消毒液置于容器内,在容器上方和输送管道上方加盖遮阳棚,结合随时补充消毒剂等措施,可维持使用期间的含氯消毒液有效浓度。经采用喷洒法、浸泡法和擦拭法,有效消毒各种污染对象,在整个援非抗击埃博拉期间,未发生工作人员意外感染事件和医院内埃博拉交叉感染病例。结论在非洲抗击埃博拉疫情现场通过不断摸索和调整,找出了维持含氯消毒液稳定的方法,进行了有效的预防性消毒。
Objective To establish an effective concentration maintaining method of chlorine disinfectant in Ebola clinic and effectively prevent and control Ebola disinfection. Through spraying, soaking and wiping, various contaminated objects were effectively disinfected. During the entire period of aid to Ebola against Africa, no incident of staff accidental infection or cross-infection of Ebola in the hospital occurred. Conclusion The method of maintaining the stability of chlorine-containing disinfectant solution through effective exploration and adjustment in the field of fighting against Ebola in Africa has resulted in effective preventive disinfection.
