PVP-J是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和碘的复合物,具有碘的消毒力而毒性和刺激性更小.供试菌包括牙龈似杆菌、中间型拟杆菌、产黑色素拟杆菌、核核杆菌、伴放线放线杆菌、二氧化碳噬细胞菌和侵蚀艾肯氏菌等7种牙周致病菌和中间型链球菌、绿脓杆菌等两种对照菌。将上述9种菌的继代培养用灭菌生理盐水稀释到10~7-10~8CFU/ml为接种菌液。将PVP-I原液稀释至100、400、800、1600、3200直至12800倍。将PVP-I各稀释液与接种菌液混合15秒、30秒和60秒后取0.1ml接种到GAM肉汤中作厌氧培养后判定疗效。结果表明PVP-I稀释400倍接触15秒时能杀灭上述全部菌,因
PVP-J is a complex of polyvinylpyrrolidone and iodine, with the disinfection of iodine but less toxic and irritating.The test bacteria include Bacteroides gingivalis, Bacteroides intermedius, Bacteroides melanoidae, Actinobacillus Actinomycetes, Actinobacillus Actinomycosis and Ehrlichia eutrophus and other seven kinds of periodontal pathogens and Streptococcus intermedius, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other two kinds of control bacteria. The above nine kinds of bacteria subculture with sterile saline diluted to 10 ~ 7-10 ~ 8CFU / ml for inoculation bacteria. The PVP-I stock solution was diluted to 100, 400, 800, 1600, 3200 up to 12800 times. The PVP-I dilution with inoculation broth mixed for 15 seconds, 30 seconds and 60 seconds to take 0.1ml inoculated into GAM broth after anaerobic culture to determine the efficacy. The results show that PVP-I diluted 400 times contact with 15 seconds to kill all of the above bacteria
