本文从对外贸易、国际直接投资、金融业对外开放三个方面描述了内地经济国际化的进程以及香港对这一进程的参与，并实证地分析了内地经济国际化因素对香港金融业的多种国际金融业务（包括海外存贷款、国际股票债券发行和外汇交易等）的影响。在此基础上，对香港利用内地因素发展国际金融中心提出两点建议
This article describes the process of internationalization of the Mainland economy and its participation in Hong Kong from three aspects of foreign trade, international direct investment and opening up of the financial industry. It also empirically analyzes the impact of the internationalization of the Mainland on Hong Kong’s financial industry The impact of international financial services, including overseas deposits and loans, international issuance of equity securities and foreign exchange transactions. On this basis, we will make two suggestions on Hong Kong’s use of the Mainland for the development of international financial centers
