目的:探讨低剂量多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的应用。方法:用多层螺旋CT对20例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征进行降低管电流、降低管电压和增大螺距扫描,并对图像分析。结果:可以清晰显示肺野透亮度减低16例,颗粒状影18例,支气管充气征17例,“白肺”2例,气胸2例,右肺不张1例,食道积气2例。结论:低剂量多层螺旋CT诊断新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征具有很大价值。
Objective: To investigate the application of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: 20 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were treated with multislice spiral CT to reduce the tube current, reduce the tube voltage and increase the pitch scanning, and analyze the image. Results: It was clearly shown that there were 16 cases of decreased translucency in lung field, 18 cases of granular shadow, 17 cases of bronchial inflamation, 2 cases of “white lung”, 2 cases of pneumothorax, 1 case of right atelectasis and 2 cases of esophageal pneumatosis . Conclusion: Low dose multislice spiral CT is very valuable in diagnosing neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
