记者日前从有关方面获悉,国务院近日批复了有关煤炭工业持续发展政策,鼓励出口,以支持今年力争出口煤炭4000万吨计划的顺利实现。 据了解,这些政策包括:将煤炭出口退税率由9％提高到13％;适当调整大秦铁路、京原、丰沙、京秦线段甲岭至秦皇岛段的铁路建设基金征收;调整秦皇岛等7个港口的相关费用;出口煤一次商检、一次收费;降低出口煤代理费等。
