考核制度是当前公安机关人力资源管理活动中一项重要的内容和关键的环节,现如今日益复杂的新形势和日益严峻的社会治安状况对公安机关人力资源质量和队伍整体战斗力提出了更高的要求,因此抓住当前公安机关人力资源管理考核制度中的问题,进行有效的探索改革是当务之急。本文针对当前公安机关考核制度的问题,提出有借鉴性意义的探索。
