activ L人工椎间盘美国Aesculap Implant Systems,LLC公司递交的activ L人工椎间盘于2015年6月11日通过了FDA上市前审核。该产品是一种可替代受损或病变椎间盘的植入物,旨在恢复患者日常生活中的活动能力。其由两片钴铬材质(含钛涂层)的金属端板和一个置于两片金属端板之间的塑料(聚乙烯)嵌入物构成。在使用时,须先将金属端板置入患者的脊椎中,再将塑料嵌入物放置于两片金属端板之间。

It consists of two sheets of cobalt-chromium (titanium-coated) metal end plates and a plastic (polyethylene) insert placed between two metal end plates. When used, insert the metal end plate into the patient’s spine and place the plastic insert between the two metal end plates.
