I. INTRODUCTION Binary Cu-Bc alloys containing less than 1% Be, with good electrical conductivity, do not exhibit significant age-hardening. Commodities Cu-Be alloy C17510 and C17500, respectively, containing the third element Ni or Co, which make ternary alloy strength greatly exceeded the binary alloy without reducing the conductivity and thermal conductivity of the material. Recently, it has been pointed out that the addition of Ni causes the metastable precipitates to have a higher solution temperature than the corresponding binary Cu-Be alloy. The solution temperature moves to a higher value, so that the solute in solution annealing and quenching state to achieve higher supersaturation in the solid solution, increasing the driving force of precipitation. due to
