患者女,42岁.因反复双眼无痛性视力下降16个月于2008年3月14日来我院就诊.患者于2006年11月5日晨起发现双眼视力下降,伴轻微眼眶痛.无眼红、转眼痛及复视、视物变形等,1 d达高峰,到外院查裸跟视力右眼0.2,左眼0.01(未记录矫正视力及近视力),诊断为"双球后视神经炎",予强的松60 mg渐减量中口服1个月余,视力恢复至裸眼视力右眼0.8,左眼0.4(未记录矫正视力及近视力).
