[目的 ]初步调查分析山东部分地区生猪屠宰环节沙门氏菌污染状况和血清型分布,了解生猪屠宰环节沙门氏菌的动态变化。[方法 ]采集鲁东部、东北部、中部、西部和西南部地区不同规模屠宰场生猪屠宰环节样品共1012份,分离疑似沙门氏菌并利用PCR方法和血清凝集反应进行鉴定,单因子血清进一步进行血清型分析。[结果 ]共分离鉴定沙门氏菌202株;鲁东、东北、中部、西部和西南部地区的沙门氏菌污染率分别为27.2%、12.6%、34.6%、12%和13.5%;沙门氏菌分离株共有9种血清型,以德尔卑(S.derby)、鼠伤寒(S.typhimurium)、汤卜逊(S.thompson)为主。[结论 ]山东地区部分屠宰场生猪屠宰环节存在较严重的沙门氏菌污染现象,应加强屠宰环节致病菌监测,并在屠宰全程严格执行良好生产规范。
[Objective] The research aimed to preliminary investigate and analyze the pollution status and serotype distribution of Salmonella in live pig slaughter areas in Shandong and to understand the dynamic changes of Salmonella in live pig slaughter. [Method] A total of 1012 samples of slaughtering pigs from slaughterhouses of different scales in the eastern, northeastern, central, western and southwestern regions of China were collected. The suspected Salmonella was isolated and identified by PCR and serum agglutination reaction. The single factor serum was further used for serotype analysis. [Result] 202 strains of Salmonella were isolated and identified. Salmonella contamination rates in Ludong, northeast, central, western and southwestern regions were 27.2%, 12.6%, 34.6%, 12% and 13.5%, respectively. Salmonella isolates contained 9 serums S. derby, S. typhimurium and S. thompson. [Conclusion] The serious slaughter of pigs in some slaughterhouses in Shandong Province was polluted by Salmonella. The surveillance of pathogenic bacteria in slaughtering should be strengthened, and the good production practice should be strictly enforced during slaughter.
