草鱼是我国重要的大宗常规养殖品种,生长速度快,池塘养殖易获得高产,且消费市场需求量大。但是由于草鱼对养殖水质要求高,自身抗病力低,尤其是苗种死亡率高,严重影响养殖产量和效益。采取疫苗免疫技术,对苗种注射疫苗,可以有效提高苗种成活率,提高抗病力。从人工免疫防疫技术原理、疫苗保存方法、疫苗注射方法及免疫注射后管理等方面阐述了草鱼病害免疫防控技术,为草鱼生产提供了参考。
Grass carp is an important bulk of China’s conventional breeding species, growing fast, easy to get high yield pond culture, and the consumer market demand. However, due to high requirements of grass carp breeding water quality, its own disease resistance is low, especially seedling mortality, seriously affecting the yield and benefits of farming. Take the vaccine immunization technology, vaccination of seedlings, seedlings can effectively improve the survival rate and improve disease resistance. The immune prevention and control technology of grass carp disease was expounded from the technical principles of artificial immune precaution, the method of vaccine preservation, the method of vaccine injection and the management after vaccination, which provided a reference for the production of grass carp.
