巴陵石化供销部是一个以供、销、储、运为主体的营销企业,主要负责巴陵石化公司原油、大宗化工原料、化工产品的采购、供应、储运和成品油、液化气的销售。“十一五”末期,巴陵石化公司提出了“打造国内最大非乙烯精细化工生产基地”的战略目标,要实现这一目标,基础在队伍,关键在人才。如何打造一支与公司发展目标相适应的高水平精英团队来满足企业发展需要。如何把人才培养的立足点由课堂、书本搬到生产现场,实施过程控制的精细化培养模式,是企业培养自主创新型人才的一个有益尝试。
